Frequently Asked Questions

Are telehealth sessions available?

Yes, we offer telehealth sessions. 

How long does treatment take?

The length of treatment varies because everybody has different needs. At the onset of therapy, you will discuss your treatment goals with your therapist and will work toward meeting the goals of your customized treatment plan. 

Are sessions confidential?

Generally speaking, your sessions are completely confidential. There are a few legal exceptions to this rule, but you can assume that what you discuss with your therapist is kept private. Your therapist will discuss specific exceptions to this rule at the onset of therapy.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, several insurance plans are accepted. If using insurance, you are responsible for paying your copay at every session.

  • Most subsidiaries of the above listed providers are accepted as well


We are happy to provide superbills and utilize out-of-network benefits as well. Due to various insurance requirements, we can not guarantee every clinician will be able to accept all of the insurances listed above. Please contact our office with any questions.

Am I responsible for a copay?

Yes, we are required to collect your copay at every session.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

Cancellations require at least a 48-hour notice. Otherwise, you are responsible for the total cost of the session.

What is your late cancel and no-show policy?

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the total cost of the session.

Which approach do you apply in your psychotherapy practice?

We use a variety of approaches when providing psychotherapy services. We believe in creating a customized treatment plan for each client, because each client is unique.

What age ranges do you treat?

We treat all ages. 

Do you offer therapy in other languages?

Yes. Depending on therapist availability, we are able to offer therapy in Armenian.
