The length of treatment varies because everybody has different needs. At the onset of therapy, you will discuss your treatment goals with your therapist and will work toward meeting the goals of your customized treatment plan.
Generally speaking, your sessions are completely confidential. There are a few legal exceptions to this rule, but you can assume that what you discuss with your therapist is kept private. Your therapist will discuss specific exceptions to this rule at the onset of therapy.
Yes, several insurance plans are accepted. If using insurance, you are responsible for paying your copay at every session.

Yes, we are required to collect your copay at every session.
Cancellations require at least a 48-hour notice. Otherwise, you are responsible for the total cost of the session.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the total cost of the session.
