I believe that everyone is affected in complex ways by the relationships they have with other people in their life as well as with themselves. One of my main focuses is on helping clients to develop a positive and healthy relationship with themselves. My therapeutic approach is to work alongside my clients to find their strengths and build a toolbox of skills to help cope with feelings of depression and anxiety and deal with trauma.
I use techniques from DBT, CBT, and other types of psychotherapy to find the best balance for my clients. I use these techniques in a way that helps empower my clients and encourages self-exploration and growth. I also concentrate on providing a feeling of safety for my clients to feel secure in their individual therapy journey.
Every person is different. Every individual will have a unique perspective on their experiences that should be respected and explored in a safe space. I strive to provide that safe space for all of my clients. My goal is to help clients feel secure in life beyond our treatment journey together.
